How long is my E-Gift Card valid?
The E-Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
How will I receive my E-Gift Card?
The E-Gift Card will be sent to you in digital PDF format, directly to the email address you provided.
You will not receive a physical card.

How to use the E-Gift Card?
After adding your jewelry to the cart, you will need to select the payment method.
The e-gift card has a unique alphanumeric code that will allow each user to use it to purchase the desired products. The amount of your basket will be automatically deducted from the value of your e-gift card. If the amount available on the e-card is greater than the amount of your basket, the entire amount will be covered.
Please note that if you do not use the entire balance of your e-gift card, keep the code from the PDF file received by email for your future purchases.

To check the balance of your E-Gift Card, go to the dedicated page and click on "Check the balance of an e-gift card" at the bottom of the page. You will then simply need to enter the code on the PDF file that you received by email when you made your purchase.
Is it possible to extend the validity period of the e-gift card?
No, this is not possible. The amount of the gift card must be used before the expiration date, which is 1 year.
Can I use multiple e-gift cards for a single purchase?
No, it is not possible to combine multiple e-gift cards for a single purchase. However, you can purchase multiple e-gift cards in a single order.
