Once payment has been made, your order will be recorded and shipped as soon as possible.

Choose a piece of jewelry from our different collections and we will create it especially for you.

We welcome all your wishes: an unavailable size, a color, a particular engraving, a precious stone to set...

We will be delighted to develop and carry out your project alongside you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We accept payment cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) as well as Paypal.

MY JEWELRY IS DARKNESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

We recommend cleaning your jewelry by wiping it with a dry microfiber cloth to remove any residue from sweat, perfume, cream, etc.

If that's not enough, send us a photo of your jewelry so we can assess whether it can be repaired.

Important advice : Our jewelry must be dry cleaned and should not be cleaned with substances containing alcohol or other corrosive products.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR MY ORDER?

We attach great importance to ensuring that your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible!

Once your order has been processed, you will receive it within 24/48 hours (average carrier delivery times).

As soon as it is shipped from our warehouses, we will send you a tracking number by email so that you can follow the status of your order in real time.

WHAT TO DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once your order has been placed, you must have received a confirmation email.

If this is not the case, check that the email has not been spammed and that you have entered a valid email address.

If you still cannot find your confirmation email, we would ask you to contact us at the following address: contact@jjjewelry.com or directly on Facebook Messenger.

Mention your name and information concerning your order so that we can check whether it has been taken into account.

However, don't worry, it can happen that an e-mail is lost. We can in all cases find the orders placed.

HOW TO RETURN A JEWELRY?

Would you like to exchange or return your jewelry to us?

It's very simple: contact us directly by Messenger (faster) or send us an email to contact@jjjewelry.com

We will then inform you of the process to follow to make your return.

Warning: Never return a piece of jewelry without first contacting us.

Without a return voucher, it risks being lost and we will find it impossible to validate the return.

Also remember that you have 30 days from receipt of the product to return it to us.

ARE OUR BRACELETS WATER RESISTANT?

They are very water resistant, but we still advise you not to wash or swim with them so that the bracelet retains its natural state over time.
